Richard C. Alkire

Rick has dedicated his career to advocacy, using his knowledge of law to right the wrongs personal in nature, from business torts to personal injury to ethics and professional negligence. As a Board-Certified Specialist in Civil Trial Law, he is frequently sought to testify as an expert witness on matters involving legal ethics, professional responsibility, attorney discipline, attorney grievances, judicial discipline, and legal malpractice. Rick also represents clients in litigation and dispute resolution involving business matters, civil rights, medical negligence, products liability, insurance law, wrongful death, serious personal injury and construction accidents.

When Skill Matters

  • Testified as an expert witness before the Ohio Legislature concerning proposed “reform” of the Civil Justice System.
  • Served as sole mediator and as chosen arbitrator in product liability, personal injury, and commercial disputes.
