Steve has dedicated most of his career to community association law. He represents numerous condominium and homeowners’ associations across Ohio, advising them on real estate, general business, and governance matters. He also counsels clients on development projects, contracts, construction defects, as well as dispute resolution, collections, and enforcement. Steve has extensive experience litigating matters in state and federal courts, as well as before the Ohio Supreme Court.
