Buckley King Welcomes New Attorneys

CLEVELAND, OH (January 2022) – Buckley King is pleased to announce that Ian Quinn, Kevin Carroll, and Kevin Wallace have joined the firm.

Ian Quinn has dedicated his career to real estate and business in both the transactional sense and in litigation.  Ian will be located in Buckley King’s Phoenix office.  He has a diverse client base, including real estate investment groups and property management companies.  Ian also serves as outside general counsel to a number of businesses in other market spaces.  As a litigator, Ian handles title and boundary disputes, foreclosure and deficiency actions, breach of contract, partnership disputes, and business torts.  On the transactional side, he represents clients in the purchase, leasing, and financing of all types of real estate transactions.

Kevin Carroll began his legal career in California before returning to his hometown of Cleveland to join Buckley King.  Kevin focuses his practice on intellectual property and general litigation matters.  He also has experience representing municipalities, public works, and school districts.  Kevin is located in Buckley King’s Cleveland office.

Prior to passing the Ohio Bar Kevin Wallace joined the firm as a law clerk assisting in complex litigation cases by applying his extensive knowledge in document management systems and computer sciences.  Now, as a litigation associate, he assists public and private companies, family-owned businesses, and individuals in business disputes and other issues.  Kevin is also located in Buckley King’s Cleveland office.
